S.Arun Kumar has done his Master’s in business administration (Marketing) from PSG Institute of Management and a PG Diploma in General Business management from ICFAI. He has done his bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering in Saveetha Engineering College from Anna University. He has completed his Law Graduation & masters in Psychology. He has specialized himself in the field of marketing & business consulting. He has contributed innumerable literature and research articles in the field of marketing & branding. He is presently pursuing his Phd in branding in Hindustan University, Chennai.

He is running an educational and charitable Trust “Saisha Educational & Charitable Trust”, which helps in economically weaker students to fulfil their educational needs.

Sapna Bijay Nahak has completed her graduation in Political Science from Madras Christian College, and has done her Masters in International Business. She is director of Saisha Institutions and Akshith kumar group of companies. Under the leadership of Sapna Bijay Nahak, the students of Saisha Institutions are spread across different countries, working in various sectors and also venturing in entrepreneurial activities.
